We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join our expanding team.

The successful candidate will be working very closely with the Company Directors & Project Teams to deliver residential construction projects in Surrey and West London.
This is an empowered position requiring high levels of technical knowledge and first-class people skills. Responsible for all project-related activities, this position will play a vital role in the continued expansion of RK Signature Living.
Site Manager
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the residential construction sector and 5 of those as a Site Manager.
The work covers and the candidate must have experience in New Build, Refurbishment, Cut & Carve, Fit Out and Restoration with contract values from £300k to £2m.
The successful candidate will undertake the following duties across multiple sites:
Responsible for:
Day to Day site management activities
Health & Safety (Method Statements, TalkBox Talks etc)
Programme delivery
Sub-Contractor Management
Procurement Assistance
Commercial awareness
Contract awareness
Protecting our company risk - upstream and downstream
Lead and chair site meetings with clients and consultants
In addition, the following criteria need to be met.
At least 5 years’ experience working as a contract’s manager or senior site manager in the London residential market.
Must have new build experience. SIPS experience highly advantageous.
Must be presentable, confident and comfortable due to the client-facing nature of the position.
A full driving licence and own vehicle.
Advanced computer literacy skills. (Experience using BuilderTrend an advantage but not essential)
Ability to work under pressure and to deadline.
Demonstrable project delivery track record.
