Woodford Green

This project started off as an extension and refurbishment project. But after discussions with the clients and listening to their needs, the decision was made to apply for planning permission for demolition and construction of a brand new home, including a full basement. Air conditioning and AV packages are included to ensure the home offers the highest levels of comfort and convenience for the family’s needs.

The new home will be around 6,500 square feet over four floors including a gym, cinema room, bar and snooker room, large family accommodation with 6 bedrooms and dressing areas leading to en-suite bathrooms. Both front and rear gardens are also being fully landscaped as part of the project.
