The substantial structural changes internally involved numerous steel columns and beams - all of which are hidden. The original brick Facades and new extension areas were rendered throughout.

 

Internal works included a new bespoke kitchen, integrated AV, cinema room, walk-in dressing rooms and a vaulted master bedroom. All the bespoke internal cabinetry, including the wine room and bathrooms, were designed and manufactured by RK Signature Living.

 

The landscaping included a rear garden with a raised suspended decked area. The front driveway completely remodeled with all new services, including  external lighting and electric gates
