Originally a furniture workshop, it has been tastefully converted  into 2 high concept split level apartments. Split over the basement and ground floors, we were also responsible for the design and execution of the M&E aspects of this project. This included ventilation systems and basement tanking including sump pump design and install. The existing basement footprint was increased to include an additional subterranean bathroom.
